Strategic Alliances Formed

In February of 2002, WareNet formed alliances with two major internet-industry firms: Take Note Company, Inc. and SyncCast, LLC. Take Note Company, a leader in the government and utility sectors, providing web-based project and program management systems, joined the alliance in order to support WareNet's growing Web Development business. SyncCast brings custom streaming media solutions including rights management and content delivery for customers such as Microsoft, EMI Music, Atom Shockwave, Lions Gate Films, FotoKem, and The Beat LA (Radio One's Largest Station), among others, by developing new digital rights and digital asset management software and processes.

The new alliances combine shared resources including co-located offices and a common staff of employees to better serve their customers by making available a broader set of services and leveraging on WareNet's strengths in connectivity, hosting, security and commercial web development.
